Coming Up in July: The 1776 Challenge 🇺🇸
Jun 20, 2025
This year, I’m not just celebrating Independence Day with fireworks. I’m doing it with focus.
Starting July 1st, I’m taking on the 1776 Challenge—a month-long commitment to discipline, strength, and intentional living. It’s a mid-year reset rooted in action, accountability, and patriotism. And yes, we’re doing this to make RFK Jr. proud.
The 1776 Challenge is more than a fitness goal. It’s about reclaiming your energy, your mindset, and your health. In a world full of distractions, this challenge is a way to get back to what matters most—freedom, strength, and personal responsibility.
Here’s what it looks like:
-
1,776 push-ups during the month (57/day, with one final push)
-
17 clean meals: just protein, fat, and veggies
-
76 miles total or 76 minutes of movement per week
-
76 oz of water daily
-
6 weekly improvements (vitamins, decluttering, lemon water—you choose!)
-
1 written positive per day
-
Optional: 7 servings of ketones
Whether you’re serious about improving your health or just looking to shake off a mid-year slump, this challenge is adaptable and impactful. It’s not about being perfect but about showing up purposefully.
So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to hit reset, let this be it. The 1776 Challenge kicks off on July 1st.
Let’s make it count.
